Marjoram

Marjoram is grown in Egypt and distributed worldwide. Though it has been a point of contention in the past, most scientists now agree that marjoram is related to oregano. Its uses included the spicing of sauces, meats, stuffings, vegetables, etc. It lends its delicate flavor to Italian, French, North African, Middle Eastern and American cuisines. Marjoram is sweet and elegant, bringing unity to each dish it graces.
